You will work independently or with a team and partner with product management, operations, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Engineering.
• 10+ years of Cost Estimation experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, capacity analyses, product cost breakdowns, and P&L statements for new products.
• Document cost and product assumptions for quotes from inception to launch.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders across functions.
• Estimate cycle time, labor, overhead, and material costs for parts.
• Estimate mold tooling, assembly tools, and development cycle costs.
• Update financial models for scope changes and support negotiations.
