Qualifications

• Ability to obtain US citizenship and security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost estimating team for DoD, NASA, and federal projects.
• Analyze RFPs, SOWs, TRDs to develop cost estimates.
• Prepare submission-ready cost proposals and BOMs.
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, finance, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, TINA; support audits.
• Develop cash flow projections; perform risk and cost scenarios.
• Improve estimating processes and tools.
• Support DCMA and DCAA reviews.
