Job summary

Quantech Services, Inc. seeks an Executive Cost Associate at Los Angeles AFB to develop, maintain, and defend cost estimates across the acquisition life cycle for a portfolio of programs including information systems, radars, aircraft, and spacecraft.

This role emphasizes data-driven CER modeling and rigorous cost analytics in a SAP environment. The candidate will apply tools like ACEIT, SEER, and PRICE, build complex spreadsheet models, and support briefings and program reviews.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years of cost estimating experience.
• Experience with ACEIT, SEER, PRICE and government cost databases.
• Clearance: TSSCI or TS/SCI eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update credible cost estimates for programs across the acquisition life cycle.
• Create CER-based cost models and regression analyses to support program decisions.
• Support cost-related briefings and government/contract negotiations as needed.
