Bechtel is implementing a semiconductor manufacturing plant in New Albany, OH. The Cost Engineer will maintain the ECOSYS Project Control Cost System, train others, and produce the Project Cost Report, Commitment and Cashflow, under supervision.

Responsibilities include cost estimation, budgeting, data collection, and analysis across multiple packages, supported by strong Excel and Power BI skills. This role involves collaboration with engineering, procurement and construction teams.

Competenze

• Experience in cost estimating, cost control and cost analysis for large projects.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word and related software for reporting.
• Knowledge of project controls including cost reporting and earned value data.

Mansioni

• Produce Project Cashflow and Commitment data interfacing with stakeholders.
• Provide Project Controls support for award packages and change notices.
• Plan and prepare budgets for packages based on project estimates.
• Develop cost recording, reporting standards, programs and reports.
• Identify data sources and collect data for cost disciplines.
• Perform routine cost estimating, analysis and control activities.
• Support cost monitoring and reporting standards and tools.
• Assist with budget allocation and cost control, and prepare data for proposals.
