Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of experience.
• Strong cost engineering and financial reporting expertise.
• Experience with change management processes and cost trend analysis.
• Ability to guide and coach junior Cost Engineers.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, maintains and monitors project budgets, change management, cost monitoring, cost variance analysis, quantity and craft labor reporting (QURR), and other periodic cost reports.
• Verifies consistency with previous reports to ensure compatibility and consistency.
• Prepares and ensures accuracy of the project cashflow and revenue earnings. Assists with PwC semi yearly project audit.
• Ensures accuracy in the cost coding of budgets and actuals.
• Performs budgets allocation in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures. Identifies trends and supports the change control program. Prepares cost studies using historical data, statistical analysis, and cost and quantity comparisons.
