Qualifications

• This role requires strong project accounting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking systems.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and earned value metrics.
• Monitor expenditures and identify overruns, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist in client invoicing and ensure timely billing.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to align finances with scope and schedule.
• Support change orders and budget revisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and client requirements.
• Provide financial insights during project reviews to support decisions.
• Maintain documentation for audits and client reporting.
• Participate in process improvements for project control tools.
