Job summary

Platinum Global Talent Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Senior Cost Engineer for the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP) in New York. You will lead cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and change management to keep the project on financial track.

Responsibilities include supporting project delivery with rigorous cost analysis, collaborating with PMs, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements for a landmark infrastructure program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in cost engineering, estimating, or project controls for large infra projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with project management plans, contract administration, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Cost estimating & analysis for procurements and project needs.
• Budget management, forecasting, and reporting on changes and budget impacts.
• Project controls including schedule management and risk related to cost.
• Change management and coordination of design/contract documentation.
• Supply chain & market analysis affecting project costs.
• Document control for cost-related records.
