Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of cost engineering, estimating, or project controls experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with project management plans, contract administration, and change management.
• Proficiency in cost management software and tools; strong analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review independent cost estimates for procurements and project needs.
• Analyze contractor price proposals, change orders, and claims.
• Track, forecast, and report on contract changes and budget impacts.
• Develop metrics and processes for effective cost management.
• Support project controls including schedule risk related to cost.
• Update risk registers and contingency planning documentation.
• Contribute to daily, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting.
• Assist in reviewing and managing contract changes and documentation.
• Advise on supply chain cost impacts due to market fluctuations.
• Ensure accurate tracking and storage of cost-related records.
