Cumming Group is seeking a Cost Controls Manager for our Norwood, MA project site. This full-time role focuses on managing change orders for a large public works project, with a strong emphasis on cost control processes and collaboration with multiple teams.

The candidate will lead a team of cost control staff and coordinate with contract administration, estimating, and scheduling to maintain cost integrity across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of cost control experience in construction.
• 5+ years of experience leading change order management efforts.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze change orders with budgets, actuals, and estimates.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc cost tracking reports.
• Lead change order management as part of a team of cost control staff.
• Coordinate with client contract administration for change orders.
