Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Cost Controls Analyst to provide cost control support across renewables project lifecycles.

The role partners with project managers, schedulers, and finance to ensure accurate forecasts, reporting, and cost performance, while identifying risks and opportunities within ERP and EVM frameworks. The position offers hybrid work, domestic travel up to 25%, and a comprehensive benefits package, with a salary range of $77,100 to $118,220 per year plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project cost controls experience, preferably in renewables or similar large-scale infra.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and track LNTPs, SOVs, PV distribution, and WBS alignment.
• Validate and reconcile actuals, commitments, accruals, changes, and forecasts.
• Deliver month-over-month cost variance reviews, EAC/ETC updates, and contingency management.
• Perform EVM analysis including CPI and SPI, assess planned value and schedule impacts on costs.
• Identify risks, validate forecast assumptions, and support data-driven decision making.
