Job summary

ProducePay is looking for a Project Cost Control Analyst to join the Power Infrastructure Project Delivery team in Denver, CO. In this vital role, you will manage the financial performance of hyper-scale data center projects, ensuring fiscal discipline and accurate forecasting. You will be responsible for developing project cost budgets, conducting analysis of cost performance, and supporting change management. A Bachelor's degree in Finance is required, along with at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cost control, project accounting, or project finance.
• Experience within demanding EPC environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to communicate complex financial data.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of comprehensive project cost budgets.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of cost performance, trends, and variances.
• Prepare monthly cost accruals and execute month-end close activities.
