Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a project cost control role required.
• An industry related bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to learn job-related software upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the project plan.
• Assist with earned value progress measurement.
• Monitor project cost estimates, expenditures, and forecast.
• Maintain accuracy of cost data and provide corrective action.
• Attend and participate in meetings.
• Coordinate with the site team for accuracy of progress data.
• Help prepare cost reports and manage changes in Procore.
