Qualifications

• 5+ years of project controls experience with multi-year design and construction projects.
• Knowledge of cost engineering, forecasting, and budget management.
• Self-starter who can work independently while supporting the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform change and risk management responsibilities.
• Manage, track, and report project costs and accruals.
• Prepare and update project budgets and forecasts.
• Assist in the preparation of Prime Contract progress payment applications.
• Maintain project documents, storage, and logs.
