Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Willow Infrastructure Cost Controller to oversee Willow Project cost, change management, and reporting under the Willow Cost Manager. You will participate in cost team meetings and related tasks, ensuring accurate budgeting and timely forecasts.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years on major capital projects in oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical sectors, with SAP and PIMS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven management and staff leadership skills.
• 3+ years’ experience on major capital projects in Oil & Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly Value of Work Done (VOWD) and perform scope specific forecasting.
• Manage cost tracking and identify cost variances on a monthly basis; coordinate with project teams and cost controllers.
• Coordinate with Planning/Scheduling to ensure budget aligns with the schedule and execution plan timelines.
• Develop and standardize cost reporting for all frequencies.
• Manage invoices, verify payments, cost codes and approvals.
