Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related to construction.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in cost management for construction projects.
• Experience supporting cost management on medium or large sized construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement, administer and maintain cost control systems and procedures for budgets, commitments and forecasts.
• Assist in preparation and review of cost estimates.
• Provide cost information to support decision making and option selection.
• Forecasts and cash flow analysis; maintain cost reporting.
• Assist in development, validation and maintenance of project schedules.
