Job summary

Acuity International – PT&C division is seeking a Senior Cost Consultant in the United States to lead cost estimating, analysis and control on complex projects. You will coordinate with engineers and discipline leaders, manage schedules, and guide staff while upholding company mission and values.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management, 10+ years of experience, CCP certification, and strong Excel/Office skills.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a US Citizen.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Possess Certified Cost Professional (CCP) from AACE International or CCP-ABE/CEP/ CPE certification.
• Knowledge in capital cost and services cost; scope change management.
• Knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction systems, startup processes; proficiency in Excel/Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyses.
• Prepare cost data for projects, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Assist with scope change management and data coordination with Engineering.
• Develop quantity takeoffs and unit rates; prepare budgets and cost reports.
• Analyze data and provide innovative cost solutions; support project managers.
