Repsol SA in Downtown Houston is seeking a Cost Control Manager to build a scalable governance model across renewable energy projects and to deploy cost control software integrated with SAP and accounting. This is a hands-on leadership role in a hybrid work setup with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

You will train teams, create playbooks, and drive portfolio-wide cost analytics to deliver reliable EAC forecasts and cost transparency across multiple projects.

Competenze

• 10+ years in cost control or project controls.
• Proven experience building cost control systems, processes, and teams.
• Advanced expertise with SAP (WBS, cost centres, commitments, GL, accruals).
• Experience with large EPC, construction, infrastructure or energy projects.

Mansioni

• Design and deploy standardized cost control processes across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Lead evaluation, selection, and deployment of an enterprise cost control solution (EcoSys, Primavera Cost, SAP PS, or equivalent).
• Define and own the integration between project cost data and SAP financials.
• Train project managers, construction managers, and engineers on cost management concepts and tools.
• Build enterprise cost dashboards with forecasting, burn rate, cashflow, and variance analyses.
• Own cost components of budget development during early estimating and pre-construction.
