Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior-Level Cost Control Analyst to support project controls for construction and engineering initiatives. You’ll partner with PMs, construction teams, and vendors to ensure accurate cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting that drives strong project outcomes.

Responsibilities span cost setup, budgeting, updates, EVMS reporting, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in project controls with cost focus.
• Experience with EVMS and cost tracking.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for on-site support.
• Familiarity with contracts and pay applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup and updates of project cost and progress metrics.
• Manage budget development, revisions, and forecasts.
• Maintain data in cost management systems and tools.
• Analyze cost and revenue performance; advise leadership.
• Review contractor cost submissions and pay apps.
• Track and report progress using EVM principles.
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams for data.
