  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required.
  • Minimum of eight years of related experience required.
  • Strong understanding of cost control policy and practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare project labor and expense plans
  • Forecast through the use of accounting and project management systems
  • Provide risk mitigation by alerting management of known and unknown risks on projects through proactively monitoring labor and expenses
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of cost control policy, including internal processes and procedures
  • Routinely collaborate with cost control team and Project Director/Manager, design and/or field staff to convey processes and procedures
