Job summary

CRB is seeking a Cost Control Analyst III in San Diego to oversee project labor and expense plans, forecast costs, and drive risk mitigation through proactive monitoring using accounting and project management systems.

The role requires a strong grasp of cost control policy, collaboration with the cost control team, Project Director/Manager, and field staff to enforce processes and optimize project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of eight years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project labor and expense plans.
• Forecast through the use of accounting and project management systems.
• Provide risk mitigation by alerting management of known and unknown risks on projects through proactively monitoring labor and expenses for assigned projects.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of cost control policy, including internal processes and procedures.
• Understand of cost control policy, including internal processes and procedures.
• Routinely conversing with the cost control team as well as the Project Director/ Manager, design and/or field staff while conveying and reinforcing these processes and procedures.
