Job summary

CRB Group in Irvine, CA is seeking a Cost Control Analyst III to lead and forecast project labor and expenses, applying cost control policies and accounting systems. You will work closely with Project Directors and field staff to identify risks and drive proactive mitigation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business/Accounting and at least eight years of related experience, with strong MS Office skills and a proven ability to communicate clearly within a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of eight years of related experience.
• Expert understanding of cost control policy and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project labor and expense plans.
• Forecast through the use of accounting and project management systems.
• Provide risk mitigation by alerting management of known and unknown risks on projects.
• Demonstrate understanding of cost control policy and internal processes.
• Collaborate with cost control team, Project Director/Manager, and site staff to reinforce procedures.
