Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in related industry.
• Certified Cost Professional (CCP) certification recommended/required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cost recording, reporting standards, and analyses.
• Prepare cost data for projects, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Assist with scope change management.
• Determine scope definition with engineers and coordinate data for estimates.
• Develop quantity takeoffs and apply unit rates.
• Prepare budgets and cost reports per standards.
• Coordinate cost data collection and analysis.
• Support Project Manager/Supervisor/Manager as needed.
