Qualifications

• Candidate must be a US Citizen.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in cost engineering or project controls.
• CCP certification from AACE or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cost recording, reporting, and analyses per standards.
• Prepare cost data for projects, proposals, and negotiations.
• Assist with scope change management.
• Define scope requirements with Engineering for estimates.
• Develop quantity takeoffs and verify quantities.
• Develop unit rates for quantities and disciplines.
• Prepare budgets per standards and procedures.
• Prepare and coordinate cost reports.
• Collect and classify cost data.
• Perform data analysis and development.
• Support Project Manager/Supervisor/Manager as needed.
