Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Control Manager/Quantity Surveyor for a full-time role focused on managing change and cost control in a large-scale data center program in Richmond, Virginia.

The successful candidate will lead change management processes, provide detailed cost analysis, and ensure commercial governance throughout the construction lifecycle. Candidates must hold a relevant degree and have at least 5–7 years of cost management experience in construction.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of cost management or project controls experience on medium-to large-scale construction programs.
• Strong understanding of civil, structural, and MEP construction.
• Proven experience managing full change-management processes on major construction programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage change management processes across the program.
• Review, evaluate, and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide detailed cost analysis and recommendations to support client decision-making on change events.
