Job summary

Turner & Townsend are looking for an experienced Senior Cost Manager to act as the key day-to-day client interface, delivering cost management services across a large-scale data center program.

This role emphasizes change management, cost control, and commercial governance, ensuring all project changes are evaluated, managed, and communicated throughout the construction lifecycle on a fast-paced campus project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of cost management or project controls on large programs.
• Experience in consultancy and campus-scale projects preferred.
• On-site presence required; strong client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage change management processes across the program.
• Review, evaluate, and negotiate change orders during construction.
• Maintain change logs, contingency tracking, and commitment registers.
• Provide cost analysis and recommendations to support client decisions.
• Collaborate with design teams and general contractors on cost estimates.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and support final account closeout.
