Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical/Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office products.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies and procedures, with emphasis on housekeeping and personal safety.
• Measure and monitor program performance using Earned Value Management principles.
• Configure and maintain earned value tools (Deltek Cobra and EVMS forProject).
• Import schedule, resource, and status data from the IMS and validate EACs and metrics.
• Conduct cost and schedule variance analysis (CV, SV, CPI, SPI) and recommend corrective actions.
• Produce monthly earned value contract reporting deliverables (IPMRDAR and related reports).
• Support or lead Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and change control processes.
• Ensure adherence to EVMS guidelines and DCMA metrics.
• Collaborate with Control Account Managers, Program Managers, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT.
