Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, power plant design, cost estimating or cost engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead project cost development, evaluation, and reporting for gas turbine power generation projects.
• Collaborate with proposal, finance, project management, engineering, and construction teams to develop accurate costs.
• Manage forecasts, EACs, actual costs, percent complete, and cost-to-go projections.
• Identify cost risks and opportunities and support budget management and margin initiatives.
• Develop cost summaries and present information to leadership.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
• Develop standard work documentation for cost estimation and forecasting.
