Allied Technologies and Consulting (ATC) is recruiting for a Senior Cost Analyst based in Frederick, MD, with on-site and limited telework arrangements. The role reports to the Deputy Chief of Staff for Resource Management (DCSRM) within USAMRDC and requires strong cost accounting and federal budgeting experience.

The candidate will input data into GFEBS, generate management reports, support indirect cost models, and provide financial analysis for reimbursements and costs across programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and work experience in business or related field.
• At least two years using an automated financial system such as GFEBS.
• Federal budgeting, financial reporting or similar experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Input transactional data into GFEBS in funds management, spending, MIPR, GPC, labor allocation and cost management.
• Generate management and financial reports in GFEBS (funds status, open commitments, open obligations, cost management).
• Analyze error reports in GFEBS and recommend corrections, including interface monitor issues.
• Support development of indirect cost models and pricing structures for productive and reimbursable work.
