You’ll manage end-to-end budget processes, coordinate with PMs and the PME MA, and ensure compliance with DoD policies while advancing capability delivery. Ideal candidates bring DoD budget experience, GFEBS/CCaR mastery, and strong data analytics skills to support program reviews

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of progressive experience as a budget, program, or financial analyst in a federal or DoD environment.
• Acquisition Program Experience: DoD program budget execution experience (ACAT I-III or rapid prototyping/rapid fielding) preferred.
• Army Financial Systems: Advanced, hands-on proficiency with GFEBS and CCaR mandatory.
• Reconciliation Tools: Familiarity with Advana, DAR-Q, SOMARDS, JSCBIS, and G-Invoicing; Vantage, DTS, Citibank.
• BI: Experience building or using analytical dashboards in Power BI.
• Office: Mastery of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Deep understanding of multiple appropriations and DoW fiscal law and processes.
• Familiarity with OMB Circulars A-11 and A-123.
• Strong communication skills for presenting data to leadership.
• DoD Financial Management certifications are desirable.
• Travel: 10%

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle budget reconciliation across ACAT I-III programs using multiple funding streams.
• Process MIPRs and PRs within GFEBS and CCaR generator.
• Lead annual WBS setup and maintenance in GFEBS and sync with CCaR.
• Prepare FMBB documents and track funding requirements and receipts.
• Coordinate data entry for G-Invoicing and intergovernmental transactions.
• Produce spend plan analyses and re-baseline budgets with program leads.
• Extract SoF and reconcile reports; prepare budget variance briefings.
• Support PPBE inputs for POM, R Forms, and APBB.
• Generate dashboards and support PM/PME reviews.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and OMB policies; support audits and RMIC.
