Recruiting Team Lead | Technical Recruiting — Join a high-impact team supporting federal contract pricing and supplier proposal analysis. This role offers the opportunity to lead cost evaluations for complex aerospace and defense programs, ensuring compliance with government regulations and contributing to strategic negotiations.

Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Conduct FAR 15-compliant cost analysis of subcontractor proposals subject to TINA
• Analyze supplier proposals and document findings in formal reports
• Validate labor, material, and cost elements; perform regression and rate analysis
• Interface with internal teams and suppliers; participate in pricing reviews
• Develop Excel-based cost models and present findings to stakeholders
• Travel as needed for supplier fact-finding and audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in cost analysis, government contracting, or data analytics
• Advanced Excel skills for live cost modeling
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and experience with DCAA/DCMA
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Security Clearance
• No C2C, C2H or similar candidates will be considered.
