• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least five years of capital program administration or cost management experience.
• Experience with PMIS and cost management systems (eBuilder, PRISM, Oracle).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, communication, and budgeting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and submit budget requests and funding strategies.
• Coordinate project charters and funding briefings.
• Oversee cost management within PMIS, including budgeting and cost tracking.
