Job summary

Atrium is partnering with a growing manufacturing client headquartered in Alpharetta, GA to hire a Senior Cost Accounting Manager. This role reports to the Global Director of Inventory Accounting and supports SOX compliance, SAP S/4Hana initiatives, and manufacturing cost control.

You will lead a small team, collaborate with plants, corporate accounting and FP&A, and travel to plants as needed. Relocation assistance is available for out-of-state candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Some experience managing people.
• Experience automating and building processes and workflows in a SOX environment.
• Experience with a large multi-billion-dollar company.
• SAP experience.

• Assist in the implementation of SAP S/4 Hana related to inventory and cost accounting.
• Have a deep understanding of cost accounting related to manufacturing.

Job description

Atrium is currently working with a growing client in the manufacturing space headquartered in Alpharetta, GA. The Sr Cost Accounting Manager will report to the Global Director of Inventory Accounting who was also placed in their role by Atrium. This role is positioned to be in a hybrid work format onsite 3 days per week with some additional travel to the plants. The company will also pay for relocation for out-of-state candidates who meet the requirements.
