Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a minimum of two years of cost management experience in manufacturing/mining.
• Strong knowledge of accounting theory and US GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accept and promote the core values of safety, compliance, continuous improvement and financial performance.
• Own cost estimates: daily, weekly and monthly deliverables for cost management.
• Perform internal financial statement analysis, reconciliation and variance explanations.
• Ensure internal control compliance and support audits.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Supply Chain to align budgets and policies.
• Investigate inquiries and drive process improvements in ERP environments.
