Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.
• Multi-site manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee cost accounting processes across 11 manufacturing plants, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Explain absorption, cost behavior, and variances to standard for leadership.
• Lead cost-related month-end close activities and inventory valuation.
