Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with standard costing, inventory accounting, and GAAP.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain standard costs for manufactured products, including material, labor, and overhead.
• Analyze variances and communicate key drivers.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant transactions.
• Lead inventory analysis and support physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to improve turns, cost controls, and profitability.
• Prepare monthly close entries, reconciliations, and management reports.
• Develop budgets and forecasts for inventory and manufacturing costs.
• Support SOX compliance and internal controls.
