Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Cost Accounting background with 4+ years in a CPG company.
• Ability to develop standard costs and communicate variances clearly.
• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA related to costing and GL.
• Excellent analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize cost of goods sold reporting and variances.
• Develop product costing for existing and new items.
• Support month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership.
• Present insights on cost savings and profitability drivers.
