The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years of cost accounting in manufacturing, and experience with ERP systems. Knowledge of standard costing and inventory accounting is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with standard costing and inventory accounting.
• ERP systems experience should be demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze standard costs (materials, labor, overhead).
• Prepare and analyze manufacturing variances including PPV, usage, labor, and overhead.
• Support month-end close related to inventory, COGS, and manufacturing variances.
• Support annual standard cost roll-ups and ongoing cost maintenance.
• Support inventory controls including cycle counts and physical inventories.
