Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Manufacturing accounting experience required.
• 3+ years of cost accounting experience.
• Experience working with manufacturing ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with account reconciliations and month-end close.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across departments.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close and financial reporting processes.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and operational performance metrics.
• Review job costing and investigate cost variances.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Manage fixed asset accounting and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Support accounts receivable activities, including billings, collections, and aging analysis.
• Process credit applications and maintain customer account records.
• Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Partner with operations, sales, and leadership teams to support business decisions.
• Participate in cycle counts, physical inventories, and internal audits.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting operations and reporting accuracy.
