Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing and inventory valuation.
• Experience partnering with plant and operations leadership.
• ERP experience and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Process improvement and systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze standard costing, inventory valuation, labor, and overhead allocations.
• Analyze material, labor, and overhead variances and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support month-end close and plant-level financial reporting.
• Review BOMs, routings, inventory processes, and manufacturing cost structures.
• Oversee inventory processes including cycle counts, physical inventories, and reserve analysis.
• Prepare operational reporting, margin analysis, and other financial analyses.
• Partner with operations leadership on cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with audits, internal controls, and accounting system/process improvements.
