Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Senior Wellbeing Consultant to design and deliver high-impact wellness programs for a national client. You will partner with sales and account teams to tailor solutions that reduce health risk and costs while supporting virtual, onsite and hybrid engagement.

The role emphasizes collaboration with wellness coaches, development of a Wellness Calendar, and responsive support for benefits teams during events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employer health and wellness promotion
• 5+ years of experience with wellness programs and services
• 3+ years demonstrated project management experience
• 2+ years of experience with corporate employee benefit programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting)
• Develop a deep understanding of business needs and goals to propose innovative solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
• MS Office proficiency and software literacy
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, manage, and maintain a large national wellness program for a corporate client
• Collaborate with wellness coaches and champions to drive goals and culture
• Propose a Wellness Calendar with onsite screenings and vendor events
• Support client benefits/total rewards teams during onsite, virtual and hybrid events
• Present CVS Health resources and programs to clients for consideration
