Atlas Travel & Technology Group is seeking a Senior Corporate Travel Advisor to deliver travel management services for corporate accounts remotely. You will handle domestic and international itineraries, leverage Sabre GDS and other tools, and ensure policy compliance with PCI standards.

You will process high-volume transactions, maintain passenger data, and strive to meet SLAs while delivering tailored client solutions and exceptional service.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS platforms, Sabre preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Advanced global geography knowledge and adept utilization of travel reference resources
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and thorough task follow-through
• Proven track record in corporate customer service excellence

Aufgaben

• Efficiently and accurately process domestic and international itineraries including air, rail and ground transportation to meet diverse client requirements
• Interpret complex fare quotes to secure optimal pricing and routing
• Meet operational performance benchmarks, with a target of 250 transactions per month
• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of corporate travel tools and software (GDS Sabre, NDC, Booking Builder, Groundspan, GDSX, flight disruption platforms)
• Engage rate desks to optimize booking options and ensure policy compliance
• Adhere to corporate standards, travel policies and PCI data confidentiality protocols
• Maintain complete, accurate passenger data and quality control
• Deliver against SLAs and document value-added contributions
• Promote account-preferred vendors and corporate partner programs
• Provide exemplary customer service and professional communication
