Travel Incorporated is seeking a Senior Travel Consultant to manage complex domestic and international corporate itineraries with white-glove service. This fully remote role requires coordinating across client accounts and policy-compliant solutions, while mentoring teammates and elevating the team’s performance.

The position emphasizes accuracy, proactive problem solving, and building lasting client relationships, with training Monday–Friday and periodic on-site training at our Duluth

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex domestic and international itineraries.
• Strong understanding of corporate travel policies and best practices.
• Confidence working across multiple client accounts and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex domestic and international corporate travel arrangements with accuracy and efficiency.
• Advise clients by recommending travel solutions aligned with client needs, policies and business objectives.
• Handle itinerary changes, disruptions, and urgent requests with professionalism.
• Build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service on every interaction.
• Mentor newer consultants and support team development.
• Partner with colleagues to improve processes and contribute to operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience while supporting retention.
• Support specialized functions such as group travel and government travel as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
