Job summary

ADTRAV Travel Management seeks Travel Consultants to manage all aspects of client travel, including researching destinations, transportation, dates, and budgets. You will book domestic and complex international itineraries, hotels, cars, and trains via Sabre and other tools while delivering exceptional service.

You will communicate with travelers through multiple channels, maintain up-to-date knowledge of ADTRAV policies, and strive to meet KPIs and accuracy standards in a remote-capable role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel; complex international a plus.
• Experience using a GDS System; Sabre required, Amadeus a plus.
• Highly knowledgeable of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes.
• Understanding of federal travel regulations, Fly America Act and Open Skies Agreement.
• Strong computer and typing skills; ability to navigate quickly between programs.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails promptly from clients requesting new travel arrangements or changes to itineraries.
• Utilize Sabre to book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations.
• Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay.
• Check queues daily to ensure accuracy and that all issued tickets are complete.
• Provide travel expertise to clients and send quotes for international travel.
