• Research federal income tax issues and provide technical advice to teams and clients.
• Assist in tax advocacy, controversy services and IRS negotiations.
• Analyze tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and financings.
• Contribute to growth of Baker Tilly's tax opinion and consulting practice.
• Develop internal/external thought leadership, articles, and training materials.
• Collaborate with international tax, SALT, ASC 740, and other practices on multidisciplinary projects.
