Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field.
• 10+ years in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Ability to navigate challenges with a driven, positive attitude.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence hiring leaders, candidates and partners at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex recruitment assignments for corporate roles and guide the recruiting team.
• Review applications and interview candidates to assess work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Work with hiring managers and HR partners to align on talent needs and prepare a recruitment plan.
