Uline is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to mentor a team of recruiters and own full life cycle recruiting for critical corporate roles to support our growing company. Based in Illinois, the role focuses on shaping talent strategy, building sourcing pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers and HR to deliver top talent for key functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field.
• 10+ years in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
