Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or equivalent.
• 3+ years collaborating with corporate departments, clients, attorneys, and carriers.
• 5+ years in insurance procurement, placement, or risk management; CPCU or similar licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and compares current exposures and can develop renewal specifications for marketing.
• Collaborates with Claim Managers on claims management and communication.
• Advises on total cost of risk for insurance premiums and claims.
• Analyzes the renewal process, marketing results, and renewal strategies.
• Coordinates with Claims Managers, Legal and Business teams for timely handling of documents.
• Reviews and negotiates client contracts, RFPs, and vendor selections.
• Analyzes financial statements and collaborates with internal departments, brokers, and underwriters.
• Identifies problems and provides proactive solutions.
• Provides instruction and training to team members.
