Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions (LES) in Irving, TX is seeking a Corporate Risk & Claims Management Specialist to own the full lifecycle of corporate claims. You will partner with executives and external partners to mitigate risk and drive financial impact in a fast-growing environment.

The role requires 5+ years in risk or claims, expertise in regulatory laws, and strong data analytics. You will manage workers’ compensation, auto, and general liability claims, with a focus on cost containment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated experience managing workers’ compensation, corporate risk, or commercial claims.
• Deep understanding of workers’ compensation laws/regulations and general liability/auto claims processes.
• Proven ability to partner with TPAs, brokers, carriers, and legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of Workers’ Compensation, Auto Liability, and General Liability claims.
• Serve as liaison with external partners (TPA, broker, carriers, legal) for claims handling.
• Monitor claim reserves and pursue cost-saving opportunities through settlements and medical management.
• Analyze claims data and dashboards to identify risk trends and drive mitigation strategies.
• Prepare executive-level summaries and support reserves and exposure reporting.
• Assist with integration of acquired companies into LES risk framework.
• Oversee COI processes, renewal marketing, and compliance data maintenance.
