Job summary

The SPCA of Texas in Dallas is seeking a highly organized, full-time Senior Development Officer, Corporate Relations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, this role will serve in a leadership capacity both externally and internally to advance our mission and strategic plan.

Successful candidates will build transformative relationships with corporate partners, manage a donor portfolio, and collaborate across the development team, ensuring professional and energized donor

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fundraising experience.
• Comfort interacting with senior corporate executives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge about animal welfare policies and programs to speak compellingly about SPCA of Texas mission.
• Identify, engage, and secure new corporate relationships.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate donors with specific solicitation and revenue goals.
• Design and execute customized engagement strategies for corporate partnerships.
• Write grant and sponsorship requests for corporate partners.
• Develop and maintain cultivation plans using moves management.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure donors' experiences are consistent across levels of giving.
• Support advisory committees as needed.
