Job summary

LegalZoom is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and People & Places leaders to develop and execute thoughtful recruiting strategies across critical roles. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, build diverse pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from contact through onboarding.

Overview

As a Senior Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers and People & Places leaders to develop and execute thoughtful recruiting strategies for critical roles across LegalZoom. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, build diverse and highly qualified talent pipelines, provide an exceptional candidate experience, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.

You will

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Own full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, outreach, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer management, and closing.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, research, and targeted outreach.
• Consult with hiring managers and interview teams on market insights, talent availability, selection practices, and equitable hiring.
• Deliver a high-quality, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding handoff.
• Use recruiting data and insights to monitor pipeline health, identify process improvements, and support informed hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with People & Places partners and cross-functional stakeholders to improve recruiting programs, processes, and tools.
• Represent LegalZoom’s employee value proposition and culture to prospective candidates.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information in the applicant tracking system.
• Contribute to employer-brand initiatives, talent events, recruiting projects, and continuous process improvement.

You have

• 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-enabled, or high-growth environment.
• Experience recruiting for a range of corporate, business, or technical roles and managing multiple searches simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and advise hiring managers and senior stakeholders throughout the recruiting process.
• Strong sourcing and talent-pipeline development skills, including experience using creative and data-informed approaches to engage qualified candidates.
• Experience using AI for sourcing and in day-to-day work.
• Experience delivering an inclusive, white glove, candidate-centered recruiting process.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and operate with sound judgment in a changing start-up like environment.
